FAQs

  • Somatic sex education is a body-based, trauma-informed approach to healing and growth. It centers your agency, choice, and embodied experience. It’s ultimately about returning to the deep intelligence of your body — relearning how to hear it, trust it, and let it guide you. Rather than just talking about sex or intimacy, we slow down and listen to your body’s wisdom — exploring sensations, boundaries, consent, and pleasure as pathways to healing and empowerment.

  • Somatic coaching can support a wide range of experiences and concerns, including. It also offers practical somatic tools to help you relearn how to feel, listen to, and trust your body’s wisdom — especially after trauma, numbness, or long periods of disconnect.

    • Pleasure & Practices – learning techniques for expanded arousal, ecstatic erotic massage, prostate or anal exploration, or exploring sex and spirit.

    • Relationships & Communication – improving how you communicate desires, shifting old sexual scripts, and learning erotic touch.
